Legacy Management Program

We are launching a Lubnau Law “Legacy Management Program” for our Estate Planning clients. The program will launch in late 2026.

As estate planning attorneys, we know that a good estate plan is one you maintain and revisit as you move through life. Our membership program is designed to make it easy for our clients to manage and update their estate plans as life changes.

We tell all of our clients they need to check in every few years, but we know it is easier said than done, and ultimately things get missed. The Legacy Management Program helps you maintain your estate plan with our administrative support.  As your trusted advisors, we need to know about changes in your life, estate, family dynamics, goals, and health, so we can ensure everything stays up-to-date, and as effective as possible.

Our program is $95 per year and includes a free annual audit of your estate ($375 value), Docubank subscription, free Off to Adulthood Packs. During your annual audit, we review any changes in your life (health, job changes, retirement), and changes in your family (marriages, births, deaths, retirements, divorces), as well as your accounts and funds. We will provide you with a general assessment of your estate and make recommendations as needed.

If you purchase a 3-year membership, in addition to annual audit, Docubank subscription, and Off to Adulthood Pack, you receive 1 free amendment ($780).

The key benefit of our membership program is our team’s ongoing support through communication reminders to schedule your check-ins and follow up on action items post check- in.
